You'll need "web hosting" which means space on a server somewhere where the files for your website are kept. And of course you need to get the website itself, i.e. the design, content and programming of the site so that it functions correctly.
Yes, you will have multiple opportunities to provide feedback on the design of your website as we create it. We want you to be completely happy with your finished website so the more detailed input you can provide the better.
No, all our designs are created from a blank canvas by our team of talented designers who create the unique design you want for your individual proposition.
Yes, we provide all the royalty-free images required for your website. Once you've approved the images we've chosen we will purchase them for you included in the cost.
Most of our clients know what they want to say on their website (you know your business better than anyone else) and we prefer you to provide us with the text you would like to have on each page of your website. We aim to check all text for spelling mistakes and inaccuracies and will correct any that we notice. If you need help writing your content then we can provide a copywriting service to help you. There would be a separate charge for this and if you need this service we would provide you with an individual quotation based on your requirements.

By the time you commission us to create your website for you, we will have already talked to you about your needs and preferences, and provided you with a quotation including a detailed breakdown of everything that is included in the cost.
Once you decide to go ahead, we will request details from you for your domain registration, a design brief (such as colour and style preferences), and a 25% deposit. We will register your chosen domain for you and set up a holding page including an email address normally within 24 hours. We can also set up all your email addresses for you at this point if that's important for your business.
The next stage is "design" during which we will provide you with one or more design concepts for the homepage of your website based on your brief. We will incorporate any feedback you have on the design and general layout until you are completely happy with it. If we are creating your logo for you as well then we will design the logo first, again incorporating your feedback.
The next stage is "development" i.e. programming a real website including all the content and functionality your website needs. For this we will require a further 50% of the total project cost as well as all the text and any images you want us to use for each page of your website. For an ecommerce site we will also provide you with a simple form to fill in with the details of your products and categories. We will incorporate any feedback you have regarding the content and finer details of the website until you are completely satisfied.
Once we have your final approval of the website we will publish it to your domain so that it is live on the internet. The process is essentially complete now, your website is fully functional and your final payment of 25% of the total project cost is due at this point. We will provide you with details of how to access statistics about visitors to your website and set up all your emails (if not already done). For ecommerce websites we will also provide information on how to use your administration panel.
Finally, if you would like to take advantage of our Google Adwords Pay Per Click advertising services (charged separately) then we will initiate a campaign for you in line with your objectives, to begin driving visitors to your new website.
For a brochure website from commissioning to publishing is generally between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project and the rework requested at each stage. For an ecommerce website this time is generally between 4 and 6 weeks. If you have a short deadline or if you'll need more time to gather your information we can usually accommodate your needs.

We register your chosen domain to you so it is yours. In order to do so we will request the contact details you would like us to use in the registration and we simply purchase it for you. The registration of your chosen domain is included in the cost of all our website packages and as long as you remain with us for hosting we will continue to pay your annual renewal fees. If you should choose to move to another web hosting provider then you are free to transfer your domain, and then you would be responsible for making the annual payments yourself.

Once your website is published and while we provide your web hosting we will continue to provide ongoing maintenance and support for your website and emails. If you should choose to move to another web hosting provider then you/they would be responsible for the support for your website and emails.
All new startup business brochure websites or ecommerce websites come with a user friendly content management tool for easy editing of the content of your website whenever you wish. For more complex changes, while we provide your web hosting we can implement this for you and we will provide you with a quotation at the time based on the complexity of the changes you need.
