Domain Registration Services
Free Domain Registration & Renewal
As part of our website development package we register your chosen domain name to you free of charge. If you remain with us as your web hosting company then we will also renew your domain registration free of charge. If you should choose to move to an alternative company for web hosting then there will be no charge payable to us for moving your existing domain. If you choose not to renew your domain then it will simply expire.
Additional Domains
If you would like us to register more domains for you, then there will be a small charge for each as follows:
- .co.uk: £15 + VAT for 2 years
- .com .eu .biz .net .info .org .name: £20 + VAT annually

Choosing Your Domain Name
Your domain name is the unique address where people can find your website on the internet. The two most common domains for our clients are .com and .co.uk. If you're setting up a site selling goods only in the UK for example then you might prefer to use the .co.uk domain. However if you want to appeal internationally then you may be better off using the .com domain.
It's worth remembering that more people are joining the internet every day and domain names are being taken at a very fast rate, so you might be wise to register the name you want in both .co.uk and .com domains to prevent disappointment later. Registration of your chosen .co.uk domain is included with all of our websites.
It's also possible that the name you really want has already been registered to someone else. In this case you could try changing your name slightly e.g. if www.yourwebsite.com is unavailable try www.your-website.com or www.yourweb.com, or use acronyms instead. You could also choose an alternative to .com or .co.uk. There are many other options such as .biz or .net which may be available under your desired name.
We're happy to offer advice should you need it.
Unlimited Emails
Once you've decided on your domain name, this will become the basis for your email addresses too e.g. info@yourwebsite.co.uk, you@yourwebsite.co.uk, etc. All our website packages include unlimited POP3 emails.

We also provide all our clients with browser-based WebMail to allow you to stay in touch with your business over email no matter where you are.
Web Hosting Services
12 months Free Web Hosting
Your first year's hosting fees are included in all our website design packages.
Ongoing Hosting Fees (from year 2)
After the first year we charge an annual fee for the ongoing hosting and support for your website, payable in a lump sum at the beginning of the year.
For our Brochure Websites this annual fee is from £150 + VAT. For our E-commerce Websites the annual fee is from £250 + VAT (depending on the functionality of your website).
If you already have a website, we can provide a web hosting service from as little as £180 + VAT per year. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Support and Maintenance of Your Website
We take pleasure in providing a first class service to our clients long after we publish each website. As long as you continue to host your website with us we will continue to help and support you with any matters relating to your website.
Google Advertising
We offer a professional internet marketing service using Google Adwords.
With this service you can advertise your website online directly to those customers who are looking for what you offer. This is an important means of increasing the visitors to your website and generating more business.
When relevant "keywords" are entered into a Google search your advert will appear under the "sponsored links" on the right hand side of the page. Google charge you a small fee for each click your ad receives (Pay Per Click) up to a maximum daily budget set by you.
We will set up your Google Adwords campaign for you, including all the relevant keywords for your business. We will write your ads for you, using our expertise to optimise the number of relevant visitors to your site, and we will monitor the progress of your campaign, making changes as necessary to maximise the return on your investment.
The campaign set up costs from £300 + VAT including free optimisation for the first month of advertising. From then on we charge an agreed monthly fee from £50 + VAT (depending on the complexity of your campaign) for the maintenance and optimisation of your campaign on an ongoing basis. You may pause, change or stop your campaign at any time.
